Five drivers on track, two podium results and a weekend full of progress, recoveries and international experience

Race Weekend 39 saw five DAG Management drivers competing simultaneously across four countries and very different environments: the ACI Karting Italian Championship in Viterbo, the IAME Series Benelux in Mariembourg, the FIA CEZ Championship / RMC Austria in Kecskemét and the Hyundai Karting Spanish Championship at Aspar.

It was an intense weekend featuring two important podium results and, above all, many clear signs of development. Sasha secured an excellent P2 in the Rookie classification at Mariembourg, while Mia dominated the RMC Austria classification during the decisive stages in Kecskemét and earned the prestigious ticket to the Rotax Grand Final in Portimão. Alongside them, Nilas produced an extraordinary fifteen-position recovery in the Final, Brodi showed increasingly impressive pace after a difficult start, and Tariq confirmed that the speed is there to continue building upon.

Zack and Eduardo will also test in F4 and Mia, Rivaan and Matteo will test in kart. The only racer this week will be Zack in China at Bejing at the Chinese Karting Championship. Let’s say full speed around the globe, we are back and rocking the race tracks in the world! Another Sunday. Another chapter. Another step forward. ❤️🏁

Today reminded us once again why we believe so strongly in our drivers.

Across Europe, they fought, learned, overtook, struggled, recovered and showed what racing is really about: never giving up.

🏆 Mia delivered a fantastic performance in Kecskemét, taking P1 in RMC Austria and securing her ticket to the ROTAX MAX Grand Finals in Portimão! An incredible achievement and a very special reward for all the work behind the scenes.

🥈 Sasha completed an impressive weekend in Mariembourg with P12 overall after gaining five positions in the Final — and a brilliant P2 in the Rookie classification! Thrown into an extremely competitive field, he showed pace, confidence and determination from the very beginning.

🔥 Nilas produced an outstanding comeback in Spain, charging 15 positions through the Final to finish P7. A race full of determination and proof that we keep fighting until the very last lap.

💪 Brodi showed what he is capable of in Viterbo. With limited preparation, he progressively found his rhythm and delivered strong overtakes, including ten positions gained in his Prefinal. The Final was just out of reach this time, but the pace was absolutely there.

❤️ And Tariq continues his journey. The speed and preparation are there — now the next step is believing completely in himself and in the talent he has. Sometimes the biggest breakthrough starts inside the helmet.

Podiums and trophies make us proud, but they are only one part of the story.

We are equally proud of the courage to keep pushing when a weekend becomes difficult, the ability to learn, the determination to come back stronger and the willingness to keep believing.

To all our drivers: keep working. Keep learning. Keep fighting. We believe in you. ❤️

A solid first race with good progress through the field. There is still plenty to fight for, and tomorrow brings new opportunities to move forward.

Heat A-E: P16, gaining an impressive 10 positions 🚀

A challenging start turned into a strong response. Brodi showed exactly the fighting spirit we want to see, recovering ten positions in his second heat and finishing the day on a positive note.

Five drivers on track, strong results and further progress across GT and international karting

Race Weekend 38 once again took DAG Management across several international stages, with five drivers competing in Spain, Poland, Portugal and Hungary in very different disciplines and environments: from the prestigious 24H of Barcelona to Touring Car and Endurance competition, as well as national and Rotax karting championships.

It was a weekend that perfectly reflected how motorsport is made not only of results, speed and podiums, but also of unexpected challenges, endurance, the ability to react and continuous development. Our five drivers faced very different situations and, once again, each of them gave us reasons to be satisfied and proud.

Markas Šilkūnas dominated his class in Poland, taking pole position and three class victories across the BMW Turbo Cup and Endurance. Brodi Cooper Dowling produced an excellent progression in Portimão all the way to P3 in Final 3. Mia Zanki showed front-running pace in Budapest with P1 in practice, Warm-Up and qualifying before finishing the Final on the podium. Julia Angelard remained consistently among the leading positions in Poland, while Miguel M. Garcia faced the demanding 24H of Barcelona until an engine failure ended the race after 137 laps.

For DAG Management, every weekend is first and foremost part of a longer journey. Driver management, to me, has never been about controlling someone else’s career.

It is about understanding where a driver is today, where they want to go, and what needs to happen in between.

There will always be opportunities that look attractive from the outside. Bigger teams. Different championships. New tests. New promises.

But not every opportunity is the right opportunity — and not every step forward needs to be the fastest one.

Sometimes the most important part of my job is opening a door.
Sometimes it is asking whether we should walk through it at all.

A manager should bring experience, perspective, contacts and clarity — but the career will always belong to the driver.

My responsibility is to help protect its direction.

A year of speed. A year of international racing. A year of enormous experience gained.

2026 has given Maxime the opportunity to compete on important stages, against strong international fields and on different circuits and conditions — collecting the kind of experience that is fundamental in the development of a young driver.

And throughout the season, one thing has been clear to us: Maxime has speed.

We have seen the pace, the potential and the ability to fight in highly competitive environments. Not every weekend has translated that speed into the final result it deserved, but performance is about much more than what appears on a classification sheet.

Every race, every qualifying session, every battle and every difficult weekend has added another piece to Maxime’s experience.

International racing teaches you to adapt quickly. To understand different tracks. To compete against different drivers and teams. To analyse, react and improve. And Maxime has collected an incredible amount of that experience during 2026.

For us at DAG Management, it has been a pleasure to follow his development and see how much he has grown throughout this season.
